Legal Process Engineer
Our IS Services department has an excellent opportunity for a Legal Process Engineer in the Cincinnati, Columbus, or Cleveland office.
This is an exempt position that will champion the development of innovative technologies and processes to help the Firm better serve its clients and create a competitive advantage.
This role will support key projects and initiatives focusing on improving processes across all six practice areas, and external client organizations.
It requires continuous collaborative communication across diverse, billable initiatives. This role will champion projects on Matter Management, Contract Review, Intelligent Automation, Privacy and Compliance and other projects to support our clients in achieving their business, digital and compliance strategies.
Responsibilities :
- Work closely with legal practice teams to create a deep understanding of the legal process in order to recommend the best solution (technology or process improvement) to optimize client service delivery.
- Experienced in client delivery and technology
- Extensive knowledge of Legal Operations and willingness to learn other similar legal technology
- Manage and lead projects in alignment with client services offered, and support clients as a strategic advisor in advancement of processes.
- Manage the collection of business requirements and final deliverables of implementation, software selection and document automation services.
- Support use case identification and serve as a collaborative team member toward the deliverables of robotic process automation projects.

- Develop strong understanding of advanced technologies and trends in the industry as they pertain to law firms and demonstrate knowledge of the range of technologies available to deliver superior legal consulting services.
- Identify, evaluate and recommend best-in-class advanced technology tools that align with the strategic imperatives of the Firm and provide attorneys with opportunities to increase efficiency when serving clients.

Requirements :
- BA / BS Degree with a minimum of three () years of progressively responsible work experience, or equivalent combination of education and Law firm experience is highly desirable.
- Knowledgeable proficiency in tools such as eBrevia, Kira, Conga, Icertis, Iron Clad, Contract Express, Relativity and other similar technologies.
