Part-Time | In-Home Only | $18.00–$26.00 per hour

Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is hiring part-time Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA services for a family in the 21218 area of Baltimore, MD . This role offers consistent weekday afternoon and early-evening hours and gives you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a child’s natural environment.

Our technicians help children build communication, social, and independence skills through compassionate, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.

Position Details

• Service Area : Baltimore, MD (21218 in-home client)
• Setting : In-home only
• Schedule : Monday–Friday, 4 : 00 PM–8 : 00 PM
• Hours : Part-time (under 30 hours / week)
• Reports To : Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Pay :
• BT : $18.00–$21.00 / hr
• RBT : $21.00–$26.00 / hr

Requirements

Active RBT certification (required) 1+ year of ABA experience (preferred) Genuine passion for helping children with autism reach their goals Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistency and communication Professional, compassionate approach with families and colleagues
