Job description
  • Work Dates Needed : December 1 - at least 3 months or longer
  • Preferred Schedule : M-F 8am to 5pm might consider 4 days / week.
  • Worksite Setting : 100% outpatient but must go through hospital credentials. This is strictly an outpatient primary care clinic.
  • Scope of Work : FP specialty - Average of 18 to 22 patients per day but gradually adding patients, must see all ages and be board certified or BE but must explain why. There are other providers. New patients get 40 min, existing patients get 20 min. Normally have 7 hours of patient time & 1 hour for documentation per day. Provider will have Nurse Assistant
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements : CA license, DEA, BLS. must be boarded & have 2 years experience. Absolutely NO cases, mal-practice, background issues though. must have at least 2 years experience doing outpatient primary care.
