Position Summary
An OTG (FOH) Manager oversees day-to-day operations while achieving operational excellence. Managers are responsible for leading (FOH) hourly crewmembers such as servers, bartenders, and cashiers, ensuring service is executed at the highest level, guest satisfaction, maintaining budgets, and upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications
Degree in hospitality preferred. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of leadership experience in full-service restaurants or retail. Multi-unit experience a plus. Proficiency with P&L analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Suite. Must be able to work varied hours / days, nights, weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather conditions.
Compensation
$60,000 - $65,000 per year plus bonus eligibility Compensation may differ based on a variety of job-related factors that are specific to each candidate. These factors encompass, but are not limited to, individual skill sets, professional experience, education / training, organizational needs, and market dynamics.
