As our BCBA, you'll be the maestro of motivation, the wizard of reinforcement, and the captain of collaboration. Your days will be filled with decoding behavioral patterns, creating epic intervention plans, and spreading positive vibes like confetti at a celebration.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Conducting assessments like a boss Sherlock Holmes would be proud!
• Designing behavior intervention plans that are more exciting than a surprise party.
• Collaborating with a dream team of professionals, parents, and educators think of it as your own Avengers squad!
• Providing training and support to parents, teachers, and team members because knowledge is power!
