PT needed 6-8 hours a day. M-F. 90 Productivity. MUST HAVE SNF EXP. TO GET THE POSTED BILL RATE. 13-week or 26- week need. 4 hours unbillable orientation. 1200 completion bonus after a 26-week contract and a 200 gift card to the agency once the candidate walks through the facility door.
