The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced ERP System Administrator to join our IT team at the Charlotte Distribution Center . This hands-on role supports Thibaut’s ERP system and integrated platforms, ensuring seamless data flow, reliability, and user support across business operations.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary administrator for Thibaut’s ERP system and connected applications.
• Provide daily end-user support for ERP-related functions (order management, inventory, purchasing).
• Manage user provisioning, permissions, and troubleshooting of ERP workflows.
• Write and maintain SQL queries for reporting, validation, and issue resolution.
• Monitor integrations between ERP and third-party systems (reporting, shipping, payment).
• Support warehouse IT operations including hardware setup, Zebra printers, scanners, and Windows / macOS systems.
• Participate in ERP projects, updates, and performance improvements.
