ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Systems Analyst will support the Oracle Cloud Applications and Concur system and will include administration, implementations, system enhancements and integrations with other corporate applications.
Looking for demonstrated experience working with Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle EBS, or at minimum be very familiar with standard ERP process.
Responsibilities :
- Management, IT, Engineering, and key business partners to ensure comprehensive and timely communication of integration projects to all relevant stakeholders.
- Lead Weekly timecard submittal and approval process.
- Respond and resolve assigned finance systems service desk tickets.
- Responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements; consulting with stakeholders to prioritize, develop, and deploy solutions.
- Responsible to identify, troubleshoot and track systems and process issues to ensure resolution and keep systems efficient and operational.
- Establish and grant user's proper project access based on policy, procedure, guidelines. Timely and accurately resolve access based issues for compliance.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to provide recommendations on new initiatives or projects.
- Document processes flows and standard operating procedures clearly and thoroughly, and train others on the process.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with high degree of accuracy.
- Support quarterly Oracle system upgrades with internal and external stakeholders and prepare upgrades for the Change Advisory Board.
- Assist with identifying, designing, testing, and implementing ERP functionality and improvements. Manage "backlog" of projects post ERP implementation and triage priorities with Change Advisory Committee approval.
- Continuously evaluate and refine applications and processes to ensure system is efficient, effectively, and scalable
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS :
Minimum of three years of experience working with financial and / or business systems.Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.Understanding of business, finance, and accounting functions.SQL, DBMS, and BI reporting knowledge is a plus.Organized and detail-oriented, with high degree of accuracy.Experience working with SaaS enterprise applications (Oracle Cloud, Concur) in organizations with government grants and / or government contracts.Highly organized and detail-oriented; high degree of accuracy.Capable of quickly comprehending new information and technologies.Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.Analytical / problem solving - ability to identify, analyze and resolve problems in a timely manner.Ability to prioritize and plan work activities.Must be team oriented, willing to operate within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.WHY AVERRO?
