Under direction of the Manager, HCM Systems, the Sr. Systems Analyst - KRONOS will act as a subject matter expert for Kronos Timekeeping and Advanced Scheduling and act as a liaison with the system owners / business users. This person will be responsible for gathering and reviewing business requirements to determine its impact to all entities and within Kronos module; managing the technical environment and ensuring online availability and accuracy / quality assurance of the applications. The Sr. Systems Analyst - KRONOS leads others to coordinate hardware / software maintenance and enhancement; performs software configuration; trains / leads the Systems Analyst with assigned work activities; and supports other tasks necessary to ensure operational integrity of the to the Kronos TimeKeeping and Advanced Scheduling applications, including resolution of network connectivity and system performance issues. The Sr. Systems Analyst - KRONOS must also insure that both Timekeeping and Advanced Scheduling systems are maintained effectively as the applications are enhanced and modified through approved version control and change management procedures. Provides technical customer support and 24 / 7 on-call services for supported environments, as required.
This position requires three days per week on site (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) at Temple Health's Women and Families campus.
Education
Bachelors Degree (Required)
Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Experience
3 Years experience with Kronos Timekeeping or Advanced Scheduling Systems Support and Configuration in a production environment (Required)
3 Years experience with support of Kronos hardware and software (Required)
3 Years experience using Kronos Connect, Kronos Setup, Kronos Scheduler, Kronos Biometric, Kronos Record Manager, Kronos DCM and Kronos Report Writer Experience (Preferred)
