• What You'll Do
• Process incoming and outgoing mail
• focus on checks and invoices.
• Investigate returned checks
• connect with clients and resolve address issues.
• Keep records organized
• log invoices, scan checks, and maintain digital files.
• Prepare deposit reports
• communicate with accounting and ensure documentation is complete.
• Safeguard financial documents
• follow strict confidentiality and compliance protocols.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Redding, CA.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00 / hr.
