Key Responsibilities
Build and execute the European sales and partnership strategy
Drive new business with asset managers, private equity firms, and digital asset issuers
Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and stay informed on market developments
Required Qualifications
8-12 years of sales, business development, or relationship management experience in financial services or fintech
Deep familiarity with European regulatory frameworks, including MiFID II and DLT Pilot
2 years in front office regulated roles in an EU investment firm, bank, or asset manager
Proven ability to originate, structure, and close complex institutional deals
Established network within private equity, asset management, or investment banking across Europe
