A company is looking for a Director of Business Development.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage sales targets and KPIs to achieve revenue goals
Recruit, train, and motivate the Sales Development and Inside Sales team
Plan and execute marketing events and collaborate with leadership to refine services
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and / or 5+ years of experience in media sales at an enterprise level
5+ years of business-to-business sales management experience with a proven track record
5+ years of experience in the media sales space with strong industry knowledge
Experience in building and leading a business development and Inside Sales team
Proficiency in sales tech stack, including SFDC, Chorus, and Groove
