A financial services firm is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and support HR initiatives. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, vendors, supplies, and equipment
- Ensure conference rooms and office technology function smoothly
- Maintain business licenses, permits, records, and compliance documentation
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, travel, presentations, expense processing, and document management
- Handle incoming calls, mail, and communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and employee engagement activities
- Support recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records
- Assist with HR processes including time-off tracking, attendance logs, and employee relations support
- Oversee facility maintenance, repairs, security, and safety standards
Qualifications
5+ years of office management, executive assistance, or similar operational experienceHuman Resources experience strongly preferredProficiency with Microsoft OfficeBilingual Spanish and Englsih - (read write and speak)Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretionComfortable working onsite in a highly interactive environmentBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
