Job descriptionCA-licensed PA (unrestricted). 5+ years of outpatient psychiatry experience (adult, child / adolescent, or both). Leadership experience preferred. Strong communication and team-building skills. $175K – $220K annual salary. Medical, dental, vision, PTO, CME. Collaborative and supportive work environment.
Physician Assistant – Outpatient Psychiatry | Leadership Role
We’re seeking a seasoned Physician Assistant or PMHNP with a strong outpatient psychiatry background to lead a team of Advanced Practice Providers. This position combines hands-on patient care with mentorship and program oversight.
Key Duties :
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and medication management.
- Provide ongoing treatment for outpatient patients.
- Lead, coach, and support PAs and NPs.
- Partner with psychiatrists, therapists, and care teams.
- Ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance.
