Job Duck is a virtual staffing company that matches candidates to work from home for a single U.S.-based business, in most cases a law firm.

Job Description : If you're someone who thrives on helping others and enjoys being the first point of contact in a meaningful legal journey, this role is for you. As a Legal Intake Journey Guide, you'll support families and young individuals through their first steps with care and clarity. You'll play a key role in ensuring every inquiry is handled with empathy and precision, making a real difference in how clients experience support. This position is ideal for someone who is naturally organized, enjoys solving problems, and finds fulfillment in being a reliable and trusted resource. Monthly Compensation : 1150 USD to 1220 USD Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Triage incoming calls and web submissions with professionalism and empathy
• Manage the client onboarding process from agreement drafting to payment verification and legal team handoff
• Provide Spanish translation for all relevant communications
• Request and follow up on client reviews, and notify marketing of new feedback

Key Skills : Empathetic and sociable, reliable and trustworthy, detail-oriented and proactive, solution-oriented mindset

Requirements : 2-3 years of experience as an Intake Specialist, experience in client-facing roles is needed, a legal background is preferred, fluency in Spanish and English, ability to handle a moderate to high volume of calls, comfortable with both inbound and outbound communication

Software : Lawmatics, 8x8, Slack, Outlook, Clio, Active Campaign

Working Schedule : Monday to Friday 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 30 PM Timezone EST (US)

Languages : English, Spanish
