Lead sales service plumber- full time -3 yrs exp

Seeking a skilled plumber with a mix of plumbing expertise and sales experience to join our team. Responsibilities include installations, repairs, troubleshooting, and driving sales using Nexstar techniques and ServiceTitan for job management.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Install / repair plumbing systems (residential & commercial).
• Install fixtures, appliances, and perform drain cleaning with camera inspections.
• Troubleshoot and maintain plumbing systems.
• Use Nexstar sales techniques to upsell services.
• Manage jobs via ServiceTitan (scheduling, customer tracking, invoicing).
• Ensure excellent customer service and build lasting relationships.
• Skills & Qualifications :
• Proven plumbing experience with strong mechanical skills.
• Sales experience (Nexstar preferred).
• Proficient with ServiceTitan.
• Own tools; basic power tools provided.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
