We’re seeking a Commercial Construction Plumbing–Piping Instructor to join our National Training Division and help deliver industry-leading education to apprentices and technicians nationwide. You’ll play a vital role in hands-on, classroom, and lab instruction—guiding future tradespeople to meet the high standards of quality and professionalism that define Comfort Systems USA.

Teach and mentor students in commercial and industrial plumbing and piping installation, layout, and code complianceDeliver engaging, hands-on and classroom training aligned with NCCER standardsEnsure a safe, productive, and inclusive learning environmentAssist with curriculum development and training material updatesCollaborate with training leaders nationwide to elevate instruction and program excellenceWhat You Bring
