A company is looking for a Recruiting Operations Coordinator to support the recruitment process and maintain system integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate candidate scheduling and interview logistics with recruiters
Perform administrative tasks for the ATS and provide Tier 1 technical support
Maintain internal process documentation and update employer branding across platforms
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in an employee or customer-facing role, preferably in Recruiting or HR
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, specifically Greenhouse
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to learn new tools quickly
Highly adaptable and responsive to business needs in high-pressure situations
Impeccable organizational skills to maintain data integrity
