Administrative Assistant / Enrollment Coordinator
Assumption Catholic School is seeking a faith-filled, organized, and welcoming individual to serve as Administrative Assistant and Enrollment Coordinator. This position plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the school office and advancing our mission through strong communication, hospitality, and attention to detail.
The Administrative Assistant provides clerical and administrative support to the principal, staff, and students, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the school. As Enrollment Coordinator, this individual will oversee the admissions process from inquiry through enrollment, assist with marketing and communication efforts and serve as a welcoming first point of contact for prospective and current families.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills, proficiency with technology and data management systems, and a commitment to the mission of Catholic education.
