Salary : $40.00 $45.00 per hour (based on experience)

Shift : Day Shift | Flexible Start Time (7 : 00 AM 9 : 00 AM) | Occasional Saturdays

Job Overview :

We are currently seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time outpatient position in Lawton, OK. This role is ideal for a motivated clinician passionate about helping patients of all ages restore function and improve quality of life. With a flexible weekday schedule, occasional Saturday shifts, and no on-call requirements, this is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team committed to patient care. A $6,000 sign-on bonus is currently being offered.

Key Responsibilities :

• Evaluate, plan, and administer prescribed physical therapy treatment for patients of all ages
• Work to restore function and prevent disability due to injury, illness, or physical conditions
• Help patients reach their highest possible level of physical function within their capabilities
• Supervise and coordinate care delegated to support staff, including Aides, PTAs, and students
• Ensure timely and accurate entry of patient charges and documentation
• Participate in department performance improvement and infection control initiatives
• Maintain equipment safety standards and participate in facility-wide safety programs
• Provide care to diverse patient populations including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
