Acknowledge and demonstrate skills commensurate with the responsibilities of modern departmental leadership for the continued support of the team, execution of the work, communication of status, and improvement of related processes. Oversees planning and warehouse team day-to-day activities supporting efficient resource allocation on the manufacturing gemba (materials, personnel, and equipment). Support end-to-end materials management from suppliers to end customers by working with stakeholders to achieve goals. Develops, implements, and maintains policies, procedures, and material control systems to reduce costs, streamline procedures, and implement solutions. Project Leadership through the discipline of initiating, planning, executing, and controlling the work of a cross functional team to achieve defined goals and meet success criteria within the given constraints. Ensures the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at acceptable levels. Responsible for sourcing and supplying raw materials, utilities, and outside services, as well coordinating global procurement efforts. Quality System Compliance understanding and adherence to ensure processes consistently fulfill requirements and meet customer needs. Coordinates with Finance on matters involving inventory carrying costs. Reviews and plans requirements for acceptable inventory. May work with customers in auditing customer inventory levels and with internal and external vendors to comply with inventory policies.

This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required, which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 35 pounds. This position also requires 4 to 6 hours per day at a computer screen / keyboard.

Salary Ranges $120,799.90 - $175,249.95 Individual pay is determined based on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skills, job-related knowledge, relevant education, certifications, and / or training. In addition to base salary, we offer (full time regular employees) a comprehensive benefits package and for certain roles eligibility in our bonus plan and long-term incentives as applicable.
