Supply Chain Manager
The primary responsibility of this position is to support the vision, direction, and day to day operations of the Power Delivery - Supply Chain organization. You will work closely with operations teams and suppliers to plan, coordinate, and execute Supply Chain activities. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials to meet project timelines and requirements.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, construction management, or equivalent combinations of technical training and / or related experience. Minimum 7 years of experience. Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience driving process improvements and leading change initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness. Knowledge of construction processes, equipment and materials, purchasing processes and procedures. Negotiating, organizing, planning, verbal and communication skills. Proven people leader with experience in hiring, coaching, and mentoring a team of professionals to anticipate needs and achieve short and long-term goals. Ability to lead initiatives and influence decisions in a matrix organization. Superior attention to detail and accuracy. Shown positive and professional attitude and strong customer service skills. Current driver's license.

The base pay range for this role is $99,500 - $134,300. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations : Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%). Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
