Design Project Manager (2 positions)
Location : Jacksonville, Florida
Direct hire
$100 - 125k Salary
Notes :
- Not designing themselves, just Project Management (scale, Scope, Budget, etc.)
- Work is the deign drawing before the project is handed to the build / construction team
- Customer Facing / Professionalism will need to be able to present
- Can be from client-side, doesn't need to come from a contracting / firm
- F&B / Distro / Logistics / Industrial
Responsibilities
- Review Client contracts
- Review Client design program requirements
- Client invoicing and change management
- Design budgets and design schedules
- Financial reporting and invoicing
- Manage outside design consultants as required
- Permitting due diligence
- Weekly Client and internal design meetings
- Ensure quality of overall design
- Coordinate and provide technical support during construction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or similar field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in building design, construction management, and / or design management experience
- PE or NCARB certification is preferred
- LEED Accreditation preferred
- Ability to travel up to 15%
- Experience with Procore preferred
