Job Brief
We have 2 open positions that we are actively looking to fill. One on our payroll team and one on our accounting team.
In these roles, you should be a detail-oriented individual who can be punctual with deadlines. If you also have knowledge or experience in our industry, we’d like to meet you!
Your goal will be to help us grow and maintain our engagements with our clients.
Payroll Team Specialist Responsibilities :
- Entering / Recording live payroll
- Maintaining payroll accounts for multiple customers and making timely tax deposits
- Quarterly payroll filings, reconciliation & deposits
- Keeping projects on task to complete by a deadline
Accountant Team Specialist Responsibilities :
- Data entry and reconciliation of bank, credit card and other various accounts
- Financial statement preparation
- Preparation & filing of monthly sales tax returns
- Preparation of various 1099’s and 1096
- Assistance with other various accounting projects
Requirements and skills
- Background in accounting / payroll
- Proficient in MS Office & Quickbooks
- Experience tracking projects and staying on task
- A customer-oriented attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Detail oriented
- Punctual
- Ability to work well with a team
