Princeton in Asia is an independent non-profit organization affiliated with Princeton University in Princeton, New Jersey. PiA believes in the power of person-to-person diplomacy and works to foster mutual appreciation and cross-cultural understanding between the United States and Asia. Since 1898, we've placed over 3,400 people in immersive fellowships and internships in countries throughout Asia. The cross-cultural understanding developed through these posts actively and effectively builds bridges between the U.S. and Asia.
Position Overview
The Development Coordinator will play a key role in advancing PiA's fundraising and donor engagement goals. This position supports annual giving campaigns, contributes to donor stewardship, coordinates development events, and provides essential support to leadership in donor communications, reporting, and database management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated by the opportunity to strengthen donor relationships and drive philanthropic growth in a mission-driven nonprofit environment.
Compensation and Benefits
This full-time, salaried position is based in Princeton, NJ, with flexible hybrid work options. The role offers an annual salary of $50,000; benefits include a 3% retirement contribution, 401(k) plan, premium-free health and dental insurance, paid time off (three weeks of vacation, sick days upon request, 10 holidays, two personal days), and an annual wellness stipend; and opportunities for professional development.
