Our client located in Tempe, AZ is in need of a Community Manager. This is a direct hire opportunity.

Community Manager Role
- Oversee all property operations, including leasing, marketing, maintenance, and administrative functions.
- Develop and implement business and marketing plans to drive occupancy, revenue, and resident engagement.
- Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and maximize financial performance.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff to ensure a high-performing team.
- Maintain property and grounds to high standards and oversee capital improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Handle resident relations, including rent collection, renewals, issue resolution, and conflict mediation.
- Approve leasing activity, manage move-ins / move-outs, and coordinate peak turnover periods.
- Implement resident retention, marketing, and advertising initiatives.
- Track and report property performance metrics.
- Support legal processes such as evictions, in coordination with legal counsel.
- Foster a positive community environment and high staff morale.
Community Manager Background Profile
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.Proven leadership in student or multi-unit housing management.Solid experience in leasing, marketing, and driving occupancy in competitive markets.Strong financial, analytical, and budgeting skills.Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.Proficiency with property management systems and Microsoft Office.Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and property safety regulations.Ability to manage multiple priorities, work occasional weekends or overtime, and maintain confidentiality.Features and Benefits
