Regional Manager

POSITION SUMMARY :

The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple dispensary locations, ensuring compliance with state and local cannabis regulations, driving sales performance, and maintaining operational excellence. This role involves mentoring and managing store managers, implementing standard operating procedures, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience across all locations. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills, regulatory knowledge, and a passion for delivering consistent, high-quality service.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Retail Operations & Compliance

• Oversee and regularly travel to multiple dispensary locations to ensure business operations are managed consistently, efficiently, and strive for operational excellence.
• Monitor compliance with state and local cannabis regulations, including inventory tracking and security protocols.
• Implement and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all locations.
• Conduct routine site visits to evaluate compliance, cleanliness, and policy adherence.
