Job Title : Pharmacy Technician I CPHT

Location : Itasca, Illinois

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Pay Rate : $23 – $25 / hr

Position Overview :

We are seeking experienced Pharmacy Technicians to join our specialty pharmacy team. This is a closed-door pharmacy role with patient interaction primarily over the phone. You will be responsible for prescription and equipment preparation, patient support, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prescription & Equipment Preparation : Review and validate prescription refill requests, assist with dispensing medications and supplies, and maintain pharmacy equipment.
• Patient Support : Collect and maintain patient information, respond to basic patient inquiries, and contribute to a positive patient experience.
• Inventory Maintenance : Receive, verify, and organize incoming supplies, track inventory, pick and pack materials, and coordinate routine patient deliveries.
• Site & Supplies Maintenance : Clean and sanitize work surfaces and maintain an organized workspace.
