Responsibilities

Generate quotes, present coverage options, and secure new policies

Identify and connect with potential clients through networking, referrals, and agency-provided leads

Build and maintain lasting client relationships through exceptional service

Learn sales strategies and product knowledge directly from experienced agents

Participate in training programs to prepare for licensing and long-term agency growth

Requirements

Must have or be willing to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Sales or customer service experience preferred (training provided)

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
