Employee-owned HDR is seeking qualified individuals to provide project, geographic, and technical leadership in our growing stormwater management programs.

HDR is ranked #5 in ENR's 2021 Top Water Design Firm rankings. Our stormwater services are improving community resiliency, sustainability, and safety. We are upgrading stormwater systems to adapt to climate change and local challenges, with leaders in planning, engineering, and utility management.

We seek Design Professionals, Program Leaders, and Technical Analysts to work on complex stormwater infrastructure projects, serving engineers, practice leaders, client advisors, and group managers.
