We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Engineer with expertise in marketing technology, email development, and platform integration. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in SFMC implementations and excels at developing high-performance email marketing solutions. Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement solutions in SFMC using AMP Script, HTML, CSS, SQL, SSJS, and / or JavaScript.
• Build and manage cloud pages using content blocks and HTML / CSS, including forms, surveys, and dynamic content.
• Design and execute marketing automation workflows using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Data Extensions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SFMC and Salesforce Core, as well as other platforms.
• Implement, customize, and optimize email templates, journeys, automations, and cloud pages to enhance campaign performance.
• Ensure compliance with email laws and best practices, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other regulations.

Work Location and Arrangement : ?This role will be based out of the Richmond, VA CarMax Technology Innovation Center or the Dallas, TX Technology Hub and have a Hybrid work arrangement.
