Ferman Automotive Shared Services Needs Accounting Clerks

Ferman Automotive Group has a full-time opening for an experienced preferred but willing to train Automotive Accounting Clerks

Must be able to work overtime at month end. Self-starter, works well independently, organized, and works well under pressure.

Pay varies on experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Receive and process all paperwork from F&I departments
• Post car deals
• F&I product cancellations a plus but not necessary
• Maintaining and cleaning receivable schedules

Qualifications :

Must have good written communication and time management skills

Must have general ledger experience

Must be able to effectively communicate with sales consultants, guests and fellow associates

Highly organized and detail oriented

Excellent attendance and punctuality are required

Successful candidates must pass a drug and background screen for employment consideration.
