Job Overview :
Join Puckett’s team as a Line Cook, working in our fast-paced airport kitchen. You’ll deliver high-quality Southern dishes quickly and consistently, ensuring every traveler experiences real Nashville hospitality.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and cook menu items (grill, sauté, fryer, etc.) to Puckett’s standards using recipes and plating guidelines.
- Set up and maintain your station—stock ingredients, monitor inventory, and keep everything organized.
- Support kitchen team during service, assisting prep cooks and maintaining efficient flow.
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, and health compliance per TSA and local guidelines.
- Clean and close your station at shift end : restock, sanitize, and prepare for the next service.
Requirements :
Minimum 2 years of cooking experience in a restaurant environment.Strong knife and cooking technique skills (grilling, frying, sautéing).Stamina for standing long hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working under pressure.Attention to detail, teamwork, and good communication skills.Must pass TSA background check and obtain airport badge.Compensation & Benefits :
$18–$20 hour (based on experience & shift).Uniform, and employee perks included.AM & PM shifts available; weekend & holiday availability required.
