Who you are :
Industrial Mechanic with 5 or more years of experience; Vocational training may be substituted for experienceA keen problem solver with an aptitude for creating innovative solutionsA systems thinker who considers downstream impactsA seasoned mechanic with the ability to assess and repair industrial machines or systemsAn excellent communicator with the ability to explain mechanical conceptsA dependable, collaborative team memberAn enthusiastic learner, driven to take on new challengesExperience with hydraulics, roller conveyors, and fabrication is a plus!Job Description :
Repair or maintain industrial production machinery and equipmentPerform on-site, facility-wide maintenance in various weather conditionsOperate, troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues, motors, and pumpsAdjust equipment to ensure optimal performanceReplace worn, damaged, or defective mechanical partsPerform routine, preventative maintenance on equipmentClean, lubricate, or adjust parts, equipment, or machineryDisassemble machinery or equipment to remove parts and make repairsReassemble equipment after completion of inspections, testing, or repairsCommunicate mechanical concepts to all levels of staff and managementCollaborate across departments to troubleshoot and maintain equipment performanceContinuously innovate to support optimized production capacityOther duties as assignedDesired Skills and Abilities :
Ability to perform all the essential duties listed aboveKnowledge of basic electricity principlesSchedule :
3 days on / 3 days off, 12-hour shiftsShifts rotate monthly between 7am - 7pm, and 7pm- 7amMust have the ability to work on call and holidaysJob Type :
