What Youll Do

As a key part of our customer experience team, youll :

• Provide technical support for our S-Series and V-Series HVAC systems helping customers over the phone and in the field
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues to keep equipment running at its best
• Log customer interactions and solutions in our CRM platform to ensure a seamless experience
• Collaborate with our engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to improve product quality and reliability
• Help develop and deliver training for contractors and customers
• Support ongoing safety, quality, and continuous improvement efforts
• Travel up to 50% for field support, training, and hands-on problem solving
• Represent Cambridges values of excellence, integrity, and innovation in everything you do
