Business Development Representative (BDR) / Sales Development Rep (SDR)

We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) / Sales Development Rep (SDR) to join our growing team as we continue to promote health and wellness solutions that genuinely helps people live healthier and happier lives.
This is an outbound prospecting sales role where you find leads, convince prospects to learn more, and drive growth. While this is an entry level sales role, you will be closely mentored and developed with the opportunity for advancement in the sales org (or beyond).
What You'll Be Doing
- Prospecting for new clients via phone, email and other channels at high volume
- Qualifying and reaching out to leads generated by marketing
- Actively seeking out new potential client accounts and making first contact to generate interest
- Scheduling demos of our solutions for qualified prospects
- Working with sales and account teams to ensure qualified leads convert into paid clients
Qualifications
2-3+ years of sales development experienceStrong communication skills over both phone and emailHungry, hunter mentality. The salary range for this opportunity is $46,600 to $62,300.
