Key responsibilities include :
Lead strategy and execution for marketing commercial account renewals to appropriate insurance carriersPrepare and submit high-quality, market-tailored submissions with accurate, complete dataCollaborate with the service teamCollect quotes, negotiate terms, and present carrier recommendations with clarity and insightExplore alternative risk financing options such as captives, large deductibles, and buy-back programsResearch and recommend products that offer optimal coverage and pricingBuild and maintain strong relationships with carrier underwriters and market partnersProvide detailed coverage comparisons and cost-benefit analysesStay informed on market trends, carrier appetites, and regulatory updatesQualifications :
Active Property & Casualty insurance licenseMinimum 5 years of experience in commercial insuranceBachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, or related field preferredStrong technical knowledge and underwriting backgroundIn-depth understanding of commercial property, casualty, and specialty linesProactive, organized, and able to manage multiple timelines effectivelyStrategic thinker able to communicate clearly and effectivelyMust have a collaborative mentalityExperience with EPIC agency management system is a plusCompensation and Benefits :
