Responsibilities & Expectations

Key Responsibilities :

• Source, Close, and manage clients on behalf of the trading desk and lending departments
• Support the sales team's efforts to ensure proper outreach, while upholding SDM's professional brand identities
• Create and monitor targeted outreach and lead nurturing campaigns
• Provide proactive market insight to counter-parties;
• Attend industry events and conferences
• Coordinate communication and education sessions to employees and / or managers for plans and programs related to brokerage and lending sales
• Optimize existing pricing models to streamline the closing process
• Analyze buyer personas, and manage the creation of new sales material per buyer persona
• Update existing Sales Material and any other resources required to help your sales team
• Share efficient prospecting processes by leveraging tools and company assets
• Maintain and develop loyalty with existing partners and clients
• Close new business regularly
