Job Developer Position

Maximus is excited to announce a rewarding opportunity for a Job Developer within our Wisconsin Works W-2 Project, located in Milwaukee, WI. This role is essential to the success of advancing our mission of reducing dependency on public assistance by promoting work and self-sufficiency among low-income families in Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will support program providers and participants through training, outreach, and ongoing communication. Youll play a key role in labor market analysis, job matching, and resume and interview coaching to help individuals secure meaningful employment. Additional responsibilities include attending recruitment events, resolving escalated issues, and fostering strong relationships with community partners and employers. The ideal candidate will reside in or very near Milwaukee, WI and be willing to work onsite!

Pay transparency : Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidates education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment.
