Our client is a leading energy infrastructure company developing one of the largest, first-of-its-kind power generation and distribution projects in the United States. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the Project Director and a multi-state project management team.

What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Director and project management team
- Manage calendars, meetings, and travel across multiple time zones
- Prepare and distribute project reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Organize and take meeting minutes, tracking key actions and follow-ups
- Coordinate logistics for workshops, site meetings, and stakeholder engagements
- Support onboarding of new team members and contractors
- Manage document filing, SharePoint folders, and project communications
- Assist with expense reports, procurement requests, and office supply management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and project protocols
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, ideally supporting large projectsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office , SharePoint , and TeamsExcellent organization, attention to detail, and multitasking abilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentPrior experience in the energy, utilities, or construction industry preferredAssociate degree required; bachelor’s degree a plus
