Speech Language Pathologist

Hobbs, New Mexico

Position Highlights :

Work-Life Balance : Monday – Thursday, 40-hour work week with majority outpatient schedule

Manage a patient load of approximately 11 patients per day

Desirable Practice Setting : Hospital outpatient setting with supportive interdisciplinary team

Ideal Work Environment : Work alongside a team of 4 Occupational Therapists and 8 Physical Therapists.

Favorable Call Schedule : Standard weekday hours, no weekend or overnight call required

Culture & Support : Collaborative team culture with access to multidisciplinary support

Compensation & Benefits :

Competitive Compensation : Salary range $89,000 – $106,000 annually

Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 relocation bonus offered

Comprehensive Benefits Package : Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans that is 90% employer paid.

Relocation Assistance, Relocation Stipend : Paid relocation assistance of $25,000

Student Loan Repayment Assistance : Student loan repayment assistance up to $75k

Qualifications :

Degree : Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent

Certifications : CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology) preferred or required

Licensure : State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist required

Skillset : Experience with outpatient speech therapy preferred; strong clinical and communication skills

Experience : Open to experienced clinicians; new graduates with strong motivation are encouraged to apply
