About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal to join the General Counsel’s office of a leading national construction and engineering company. The successful candidate will provide critical support on contracts, compliance, and corporate matters , helping manage the legal and regulatory framework behind high-profile projects in data centers, semiconductor facilities, healthcare, and industrial sectors .

Key Responsibilities

• Contract Support
• Draft, review, and redline subcontracts, supplier agreements, NDAs, and purchase orders
• Assist with flow-down provisions, change orders, and amendments
• Maintain contract database and track key obligations and deadlines
• Risk & Compliance
• Manage lien and notice calendars across multiple states (particularly Texas and national operations)
• Track and organize certificates of insurance and compliance documentation
• Support OSHA and regulatory compliance reporting in coordination with Safety teams
• Corporate & Entity Management
• Assist with state filings, entity registrations, and annual reports
• Maintain corporate governance records and coordinate with outside counsel as needed
• Project & Litigation Support
• Manage documentation for ongoing projects including commissioning, warranties, and closeout packages
• Support litigation holds, discovery requests, and document production
• General Counsel Office Support
• Maintain legal files and document management systems
• Coordinate with business units, project managers, and executive leadership on legal inquiries
