Shifts : Monday-Friday; 8am-4pm

Hourly Range : $28 - $31 per hour

hourly rate negotiable based on background and experience

The L&D Coordinator is a part of the People Services (HR) team and will assist with maintaining, improving, and growing all L&D materials.

This entry-level position will work in partnership with the Learning & Development Manager and a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally on projects such as e-learning courses, learning plan development, and other opportunities.

The Learning & Development Coordinator will help to drive the People Services goals and work with strategic Learning & Development initiatives.

Core Job Duties :

  • Hybrid work at our office headquarters in Centennial, CO
  • Administrative support of the Learning Management Systems (LMS) and HRIS systems
  • Support in regular report development and presentations
  • Assist in the development of Microlearning training and deliver of New Hire Orientation
  • Monitor, respond, and escalate inquiries in the HR & COVID inboxes daily
  • Support administration functions and tasks required of the People Services department including but limited to : updating web-based platforms, license verification reminders, compliance training support, distribution of company-wide internal communications, exit interviews, etc.

Required Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with E-Learning authoring tools; Articulate 360 and Rise 360 preferred
  • Exprience with Learning Management Systems (LMS); Docebo preferred
  • Experience with design tools; Vimeo, Camtasia, E-Learning Art, Scribe, Adobe Suite preferred
  • Experience in design and implementation of effecrtive training programs on a wide scale (400+ audience)
  • Intermediate level Excel and Microsoft 365 experience
  • Highly organized and strong attention to detail
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills

Preferred Qualifications :

  • 2 or more years of experience with Learning & Development, E-Learning, or Instructional Design in a corporate or business setting
  • 1 or more years of experience in graphic design
  • Previous experience in multi-state compliance training
  • Experience with Monday.com or other similar project management tools
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in related field
