Job description

Lead BCBA : Help Build a Collaborative ABA & Life Skills Program  Circle Creek Therapy is launching ABA services, and were looking for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst who loves collaboration, supportive and trauma-informed therapy, and helping kids grow real-world skills and confidence.  This role blends clinical leadership, program development, and multidisciplinary teamwork. Youll help lay the foundation for a thoughtful ABA program that supports communication, emotional development, independence, and meaningful participation at home, school, and in the community.  We support kids, teens, and young adults as they build skills for everyday life and the future. We will grow slowly and intentionally to ensure quality, connection, and strong family partnership.  What Youll Do Provide assessments, treatment plans, and family coaching Help shape ABA workflows, tools, and training systems Coordinate ABA setup in Raintree with our leadership team Recruit, train, and mentor behavior technicians / RBTs Collaborate with OT, Speech, PT, and Behavioral Health Focus on functional, play-based, and daily-life learning goals  A Glimpse Into Our Vision Our ABA program supports life and learning in natural moments. Think :  practicing communication during snack time flexible thinking and turn-taking through play building routines like packing backpacks or getting ready for the day practicing community skills in playful ways (pretend checkout, caf play, simple chores with lots of cheering) In time, we hope to expand toward life-skills settings such as a mock apartment, mini-caf space, practice store, and opportunities for community skill-building and pre-vocational experiences. We're building toward the future, thoughtfully and step by step.  What We Value Child-centered, respectful support Teaching through encouragement, modeling, and curiosity Collaborating across disciplines and with families Meaningful, functional outcomes families can feel in daily life Learning environments that feel safe, joyful, and empowering If you enjoy helping kids grow confidence through practice, play, and real-world routines, you'll feel at home here.  What Were Looking For BCBA in good standing (WA license / eligible) Experience in pediatric ABA Strong communicator & collaborator Enjoys mentoring and building a team Excited to help build a program thoughtfully from the ground up Bonus :  already insurance-credentialed in WA (faster launch)  What We Offer Private treatment spaces Protected admin and supervision time Collaborative multidisciplinary support Benefits, PTO, 401k match, CEU support (for FT) Flexible scheduling Leadership that listens and invests in its team  Ready to build something meaningful? Apply to join Circle Creek Therapy and help shape a program where kids learn life skills, confidence, and independence in a supportive, playful environment.
