Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations and serve as a trusted partner to both leadership and staff. In this role, you'll oversee all aspects of human resources - from employee relations and compliance to recruitment, onboarding, and development - ensuring HR practices align with company policies and values.

What You'll Do as the Human Resources Manager :
Oversee daily HR operations while advising and supporting employees and managers.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts to attract and develop top talent.

What You'll Bring as the Human Resources Manager :
5+ years of progressive HR experience , including at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
Solid knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels.
