Location : Coventry & Johnston, RI Pay : $22.50-$23.50 / hour + $1.00 / hour Weekend Differential Schedule : Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available

Join a mission-driven team delivering restorative care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I / DD) in supportive, community-based settings. As a Restorative Support Professional, you will play a critical role in implementing behavioral health care plans and supporting individuals in achieving greater independence, emotional well-being, and community integration.

What You'll Do

• Deliver restorative and rehabilitative services based on individual behavioral health care plans.
• Provide motivational, consistent, and respectful support to foster high-quality relationships.
• Use crisis intervention skills and offer intensive support during challenging moments.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to enhance individuals' daily routines and life skills , including : n utritional guidance, e mployment and volunteer opportunities, s ocial and relationship development, p ersonal care and hygiene, m edication administration
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and positive environment that promotes growth and autonomy.

Who You Are (Required Skills & Qualifications)

Minimum Requirements

Safety Care Certification preferred (current or previous).
