Description : Unit Information :

Number of Beds : 4 rooms, 1 patient per room.

Number of Staff : 22, consisting of RNs and Techs.

Type of Staff :

Day Shift : 1 Charge RN, Director, 4 staff members per room, 16 total per shift.

Night Shift : On-call team, 3 per call team, 7 total.

Patient Ratios : 1 : 1.

Type of Equipment : All GE rooms.

EMR : Meditech and MacLab.

Typical Hiring Profile :

Skill Set Most Recruited For : Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters.

Preferred or Nice to Have : Candidates with these skills will be considered first.

RCIS.

List of Typical Procedures Performed :

Cardiac Cath, Cerebral angiograms, stents, balloons, ENT lab, scrubbing.

Best Personality Fit :

Team player, close-knit team, critical thinker, patient care focus, fast-paced environment.

On-call is frequent; must be flexible and adapt to the needs of the unit.

Dress Code :

Red & gray in Cath & EP Labs (can use unit scrubs).

Awards / Recognition :

Certified primary stroke center.

Blue Distinction Stroke Center.

Specializing in surgical programs including Open Heart, 24-hour adult and pediatric ER, orthopedics, robotics, women’s services, and rehabilitation.
