Landscape Support Trainee

Join the Ryan Lawn & Tree team as a Landscape Support Trainee , where you'll play a key role in supporting our operations and ensuring our teams are equipped for success.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Assist with small equipment and truck repairs.
• Load and unload landscape and construction materials daily.
• Deliver and retrieve equipment to and from job sites.
• Maintain and organize shop spaces, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
• Support retail sales operations as needed.
• Assist with facilities maintenance and projects.
• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in the shop.
• Provide logistical support to ROL production teams.
• Handle equipment deliveries and pickups.

Competitive compensation starting at $40,000.00 (depending on experience) and benefits package.
