The individual in this position is expected to engage in the following work-related activities :
Complete all training requirements required by Zax LLCOversee the location to provide a safe, clean and well maintained environmentPerform scheduled and unscheduled day to day cleaning duties and basic maintenance of restaurantPerform regular cleaning and preventative maintenance on all restaurant equipmentInspect, operate or test equipment to diagnose malfunctionsOversee the repair of minor lighting issuesGeneral cleaning tasks to include deep cleaning, pressure washing inside and outside of the locationAbility to understand and interpret equipment manuals and work ordersRegularly and proactively inspect grounds, plumbing, electrical fixtures and outlets, kitchen equipment and the buildings for preventative measuresMake basic repairs as necessaryInterpret documents including but not limited to safety procedures and laws, operating instructions, safety and procedure manuals.Keep neat, accurate and current maintenance recordsMaintain operational standards and ensure compliance with all Zaxby’s Franchising LLC and Zax LLC guidelines, policies, and proceduresWork safely and follow all safety guidelines and proceduresMaintain an attitude of flexibility that allows performance above and beyond the parameters of this position descriptionImmediately report all human resources and risk management concerns to your General Manager and District ManagerEscalate other concerns to your supervisor when appropriateAll other duties necessary to ensure restaurant operations function properlyJob Qualifications
The following requirements must be met in order to qualify for this position.
Must be 18 years of age or olderMust have reliable transportationAbility to work 20-28 hours per weekAbility to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidaysMust possess leadership qualities, organizational skills and ability to interact cooperatively with othersCapability Requirements
