Roblox is looking for an experienced Senior Counsel, Litigation to join our Legal team. In this role, you will provide management and support for a variety of litigation, disputes, and investigations, including consumer, product liability, insurance, and intellectual property disputes. You will report to our Head of Litigation.

The position is located at Roblox Headquarters in San Mateo, CA. Roblox’s mandatory in-office days are Tuesday through Thursday with optional in-office days on Monday and Friday.

You Will :

• Collaborate with and manage outside litigation counsel
• Advise cross-functional teams on litigation strategy and risks
• Coordinate and actively participate in internal discovery activities and subpoena responses
• Address pre-litigation disputes
• Assist internal investigations
• Support Legal department and team related projects, as assigned

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA : The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits as described on this page. Annual Salary Range $247,260 — $291,720 USD.

Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
